In brief, you should know the following about us: our company was established in 2001 and had been responsible for providing Professional Business Etiquette, The ‘Magic’ of Civility, and Chinese Culture, Manners, and Communication workshops. The Chinese workshop is aimed at professionals wanting to go to China to do business. Also provided are food safety consulting and 3rd party restaurant audits. Our clients particularly value the immediate results in the enhancement of their professional image.

Pattie McNiel, Founder and CEO of First Impressions Training (FIT) “Manners FIT for a King
Pattie received a BA in Hospitality Business at Michigan State University (MSU) in 1996, and a Master of Science in Food Service Management from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management from MSU in 1997. Since, 2001 Pattie has conducted numerous workshops at colleges, universities, and with the business community. Her client list is impressive and diverse ranging from the Greater Lansing Convention and Visitor Center, to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Scholars & Fellows Orientation in Washington, DC. Pattie is an active member of the Junior League of Lansing volunteering her time as Parliamentarian. Pattie has three grown children and lives in Williamston, MI with her husband Terry.
