“Good real life examples, good audience involvement. Excellent “tone.” When we think of etiquette, we sometime think of Miss Manner looking down on us. Pattie is working in the real world alongside all of us and gave great examples of how to make a good impression!” Smith Barney
“What I liked most about Pattie was the fact that she worked directly with me to create a totally custom business etiquette workshop to meet the needs of my employees. Pattie was very personable and energetic and was able to keep the momentum going for the duration of the workshop. The seminar was a great success and my employees and I were able to take the skills and advice given by Pattie and apply them to our everyday business operations. I highly recommend Pattie to companies large and small who are looking to improve their business etiquette skills.” Courtney Kiefaber, NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, Inc.
“With our society becoming more “technology dependent,” we are unfortunately becoming less relational (living in proximity, but not engaging). This workshop is a wonderful tool to encourage and emphasize the importance of “relationships (business, personal or otherwise).” Smith Barney
“I was skeptical coming in about etiquette and how, in the past, it felt very fake and forced. Pattie was completely down-to-earth and genuine and presented everything very well, so that nothing felt awkward. Also, the food & wine were incredible, not to mention the awesome magic tricks.” College of Veterinary Medicine Michigan State University SCAVMA

“Pattie’s Etiquette Dinner presentation is a MUST-SEE for everyone! I attended her October 9, 2009 presentation for Walsh College. There is something for everyone to learn which include: business etiquette, proper introductions/networking, appropriate dress, and personal party etiquette.
Her presentation style is very thorough, hands-on, and entertaining. While dinner was served, she gave details about proper introductions, appropriate utensil selection, type of food items to select/avoid from the menu, how to determine whether to leave your suit jacket on/off, proper use and selection of utensils, which wine glass to use, etc. She also had an eye appealing dining table set up with: a table cloth, an appropriate plate and utensil setting, recommended books, and other items. During the presentation she used these props and magic to entertain the crowd!
Audience participation is welcomed and encouraged. The participants felt at ease asking Pattie questions during her presentation. There were also a few short networking ice breakers. She explained and gave examples of how you can easily start up a conversation and find things in common with a person you don’t know at a networking event.
Pattie is highly educated in this subject matter and you will not be disappointed!” October 14, 2009. Jessica Knapik, Walsh College
